Job summary

Jukebox Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Construction Operations to establish the operating rhythm for the Regional Project Manager team across the United States. You will own the KPI framework, cadence, and accountability to ensure home modification installations meet timelines, budgets, and quality bars.

The role requires building scalable processes, dashboards, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a distributed field team in construction or home services.
• Track record of building KPI frameworks and performance management systems from scratch.
• Direct people management experience.
• Comfortable working with data/dashboards to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the KPI framework for Regional Project Managers: on-time completion rate, budget variance, quality inspection pass rate, SLAs, Service Provider network health, client escalation rate.
• Run a regular (weekly/monthly) performance review cadence with each Regional PM against those metrics.
• Own the documentation trail for performance - what was flagged, what was committed to, what changed.
• Serve as the escalation point above Regional PMs for issues that can't be resolved at the regional level.
• Represent regional performance data to executive leadership.
