A-V Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Audio/Visual On-Site Manager to lead its Event Technology Team at a Fortune 500 client site in Midtown Manhattan.

You will own day-to-day AV and event operations, from staffing and scheduling through execution and reporting for all events. This client-facing leadership role manages a team of technicians and production managers, serves as the primary on-site contact for client stakeholders, and drives service quality, staffing effectiveness, financial

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate AV, Event Production or AV managed services.
• 3+ years supervising technical staff, including scheduling and coaching.
• Experience supporting executive-level meetings in a large corporate environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms, Zoom and Zoom Rooms, and Cisco Webex.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, readiness and execution for site-supported events, including executive meetings, town halls and global events.
• Coordinate staffing and technology to align with business priorities.
• Oversee video walls, recordings and compliance clearances.
• Hire, onboard, coach and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Publish and manage weekly event schedules and staffing in the EMS.
