The Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences at Harvard University invites applicants for the Reginald A. Daly Postdoctoral Research Fellowship.

The Department seeks candidates in the broad field of Earth and Planetary Sciences including but not limited to geology, geochemistry, geobiology, geodynamics, petrology, geophysics, oceanography, atmospheric dynamics, climate science, atmospheric chemistry, Earth history, hydrology, mineralogy, mineral physics, paleomagnetism, seismology, and planetary sciences. We welcome methodological approaches that span field observations, lab-based science, theory, and computation.The Department of Earth and Planetary Sciencescelebrates the multiple dimensions of diversity that each member of our community offers, including diversity of background, perspective,and livedexperience. These honorific postdoctoral fellowships are awarded for a one-year period, withan anticipatedextension for a second year.
