Seven Hills School seeks an ECE Guest Teacher to support our early childhood program. Respond to advance or day-of requests to work in ECE and assist Lead and Support Teachers in delivering an age-appropriate curriculum inspired by children's interests under the Reggio Emilia approach.

Candidates should be energetic, creative, collaborative, and flexible, with the ability to communicate effectively, adapt plans, and uphold licensing requirements and the school's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of developmental stages for children ages 2-6.
• Minimum 2 years experience in early childhood/preschool setting.

Responsibilities

• Work with Lead Teacher to execute Reggio-inspired curricula.
• Facilitate small or full-group experiences and inquiry projects.
• Transition with students to specialty classes for ongoing support.
• Supervise a small group during meals and activities.
• Maintain clear communication with ECE teachers and Director.
• Incorporate students' cultural and family values into lesson plans.
• Support licensing compliance and school mission.
