Mountain Mosaic is a regenerative landscape design company rooted in sustainability, craftsmanship, and ecological stewardship. We’re currently seeking an experienced Landscape Installation Crew Member to support our growing number of design-build projects across the Front Range.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with landscaping or construction experience who is passionate about creating functional, beautiful, and sustainable outdoor spaces. You’ll work closely with our design team and help bring detailed, ecologically grounded designs to life—from grading and soil preparation to planting and hardscape installation.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in landscaping, construction, or related field

• Strong work ethic and physical stamina for outdoor labor in variable weather

• Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

• Interest in sustainable and regenerative landscape practices

• Ability to follow plans and communicate with a team

• Experience with tools and small machinery a plus

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Duties Include:

• Site preparation and grading

• Soil amendment and compost application

• Planting, mulching, and irrigation

• Stonework, edging, and light carpentry

• Occasional interaction with clients on-site

Schedule & Compensation:

• Flexible hours (typically 20–40 hours/week depending on project load)

• Seasonal position with potential for long-term work

• Starting at $23–$26/hour, depending on experience
