Team members are classified based on individual theatre needs and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly employees whose primary responsibility is ensuring our guests receive exceptional service. They may be scheduled to work in the Concession Stand or as an Usher. Employees must act as representatives of Regal, adhering to our mission statement and policies, including:

• Regular and consistent attendance
• Handling emergency situations when called upon
• General cleaning duties
• Compliance with our dress code

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by position:

Box Office

• Operating POS system, handling cash, credit cards, gift cards, and tickets accurately
• Upselling Premium Viewing Experiences
• Promoting the Regal Crown Club
• Selling tickets according to MPAA ratings and policies
• Responding to guest inquiries professionally

Concession

• Operating POS and managing inventory
• Promoting the Regal Crown Club
• Handling concession equipment and ensuring food safety laws compliance
• Upselling and suggestive selling
• Ensuring legal compliance regarding alcohol sales, if applicable

Usher

• Tearing tickets and directing patrons
• Inspecting backpacks when applicable
• Managing crowd control and assisting guests with seating
• Enforcing MPAA ratings and maintaining theatre environment

Pay Scale: $16.66/hour. Benefits include free movie passes, discounted concessions, and a 401(k) plan after six months and age 21.
