Qualifications

• Experience or vocational training in electrical, electronic, PLC and mechanical repair.
• Completed and passed Ammonia Refrigeration Operator I class.
• Preference for poultry or food processing maintenance and refrigeration.
• Must meet safety and HAZMAT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace, correct and operate refrigeration equipment to meet production needs.
• Consult with engineers and vendors; perform layout work and troubleshoot equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain HAZMAT readiness; support LEAN and plant policies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure cohesion and effective implementation of programs.
