Advance Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician in Charles City, IA. The role offers hourly pay ranging from $28.00 to $38.00 and immediate hiring for a growing food manufacturing operation.

You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial refrigeration systems, perform preventive maintenance, and work with compressors, condensers, evaporators, and related equipment. Strong mechanical skills and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial refrigeration or HVAC experience.
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed.

Responsibilities
