Job summary

Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Charles City, IA to join a growing food manufacturing operation.

You will be responsible for maintaining equipment and facility systems, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues to keep production running smoothly. This role offers hands-on problem solving, a collaborative team environment, and opportunities to contribute to a major startup project.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consistent maintenance experience OR completion of an industrial maintenance program.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair experience.
