Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration or related field.
• 2+ years product development in vapor compression refrigeration equipment.
• United States work authorization and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document engineering requirements.
• Lead material and process selection to meet requirements.
• Design and specify refrigeration components (compressors, exchangers, expansion devices, fans & motors, controls, sensors, wiring, piping).
• Create thermodynamic models and analyze performance, efficiency, capacity, and operating characteristics.
• Lead design reviews and DFMEA activities, tolerance analyses, and risk assessments.
