Position Details

The Refrigeration Mechanic II performs at a technically competent level in the maintenance and repair of refrigeration, heating, air conditioning, and evaporative cooling equipment.

REQUIRED:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Completion of a trade/vocational school with concentration in refrigeration equipment repair
3. Over two years of experience as a refrigeration mechanic or equivalent
4. Refrigerant Certificate
5. Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions
6. Ability to exhibit patience, courtesy, and tact in dealing with others
7. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
8. Possession of a valid Arizona driver’s license
