2nd Shift HVAC/Refrigeration Technician (Training in Ammonia Refrigeration Provided)

Shift: Tuesday-Saturday 2pm-11pm

Are you a recent HVAC graduate looking to jumpstart your career? Join our team on 3rd shift, where you’ll have the opportunity to expand your skills and gain hands-on experience in a variety of systems. We’ll provide you with training in ammonia refrigeration, making this the perfect opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain critical facility systems, including ammonia refrigeration, boilers, air compressors, dryers, HVAC equipment, scrubbers, water chillers, heaters, pumps, blowers, steam traps, and valves.
  • Perform system startups, shutdowns, and routine maintenance such as filter and oil changes.
  • Troubleshoot issues, make repairs, and collaborate with contractors as needed.
  • Monitor control system parameters and conduct rounds to check equipment performance.
  • Test and adjust chemical levels for water treatment in condensers and boilers.
  • Serve on the Hazmat Emergency Response Team, wearing respirators, SCBA, or Level A suits when necessary.
  • Follow procedures in our Process Safety Management (PSM) program to ensure safety and compliance.
