Job summary

Poultry Science Association is seeking a Maintenance & Refrigeration Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise activities ensuring safe, efficient operation of facility equipment and refrigeration systems. You will lead maintenance and refrigeration teams, oversee compliance programs, and drive continuous improvement to maximize reliability and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and experience in maintenance/refrigeration within a manufacturing

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, refrigeration systems, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM) and OSHA regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and recordkeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct maintenance and refrigeration operations to support production goals.
• Supervise, coordinate, and provide guidance to maintenance and refrigeration personnel across all shifts.
• Ensure timely completion of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Administer and maintain Process Safety Management (PSM) programs and related documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment, mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration system issues.
