You will work under the Lab Manager, collaborating with engineers and cross‑functional teams. The role is hands‑on, requires lifting up to 50 lbs, and a practical knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, and data

Qualifications

• Associates degree in HVAC or related field.
• Hands-on lab testing and data collection experience.
• Experience with refrigeration test procedures and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work a shift as required.

Responsibilities

• Refrigeration system design, build-up, and qualification testing.
• Prototype cabinet fabrication to support development.
• Maintenance of Lab test chambers and data acquisition systems.
• Assist with calibration of lab equipment per schedule.
• Participate in agency audits for products and facilities.
• Provide manufacturing support and on-line safety testing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
