Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician at our local Walmart store in Wisconsin. You will support and oversee repair of Refrigeration HVAC equipment using commercial skills and various tools to complete jobs.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, responding to emergencies, inspecting and testing facilities, and adhering to OSHA and EPA regulations. Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights frequently.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• EPA Type I/Type II or Universal Certification for Refrigerant handling.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass MVR.
• 18+ with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Use work orders system to receive and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete required training to operate equipment safely.
• Comply with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart safety guidelines.
