Job summary

Roundy’s Supermarkets, Inc. is seeking a Refrigeration/HVAC technician to support maintenance, repair, and preventive services across our Wisconsin stores. You will read schematics, troubleshoot, and replace components while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1 year of HVAC experience, MS Office basics, a valid driver’s license, and EPA Type 2 certification. Flex scheduling, overtime, and travel to multiple stores are possible.

Qualifications

• Experience reading engineering drawings, manuals and schematics.
• EPA Type 2 Certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year proven refrigeration/HVAC experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive independently to stores daily as assigned.
• Assist with and perform preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues and repair equipment as directed.
• Assist in compressor, large motor and component replacement.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of parts.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Complete repair, labor, parts purchasing and usage documentation.
