Job summary

Executive Leadership Solutions is seeking a Refrigeration/HVAC Supervisor for a grocery retail operation in Indiana. You will oversee refrigeration and HVAC repair and maintenance, support preventive maintenance efforts, supervise a team of more than 10 employees, and ensure work orders and after-hours emergencies are addressed promptly.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigeration certification required.
• Experience in refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of refrigeration and building controls, including light programming.
• Asset management experience or knowledge.
• Demonstrated core leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance associated with refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Complete work orders and apply corrective and preventive measures promptly.
• Assist the maintenance team with repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Supervise and provide day-to-day leadership for a team of more than 10 employees.
• Participate in the supervisor on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Use knowledge of refrigeration and building control systems to support system operation and repairs.

Position Summary

The Refrigeration/HVAC Supervisor oversees refrigeration and HVAC repair and maintenance activities, supports preventive maintenance efforts, supervises a team of more than 10 employees, and helps ensure work orders and emergency service needs are addressed in a timely manner.
