Position:12-18 months Contract

Job Duties

• Serve as the primary onsite coordinator between Client, suppliers, and manufacturing teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, quality, and R&D, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor and track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to Client’s technical and business objectives. Identify and mitigate risks or bottlenecks in the cooler design and production process.
• Collaborate with OEMs, vendors, and production facilities to ensure quality manufacturing of Visi Coolers. Conduct onsite visits, supplier audits, and production line inspections to identify potential quality concerns.
• Work closely with supplier engineering teams to resolve design, assembly, or operational issues in real-time.
• Ensure adherence to Client’s global quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cooler performance, cost efficiency, and durability.
• Prepare and present design reviews, supplier performance evaluations, and test result summaries.

Required Qualifications

Work is on a professional level with specialization in a technical field. Job discipline should therefore include a self-starting nature and positive outlook.

9-10 years of industry experience is required.

• Manage work on multiple simultaneous projects.
• Knowledge of CAD software, especially for SolidWorks
• Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office functionality
• HVAC Background is preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from certified institution is preferred.
• 10+ years of HVAC electrical work in lieu of degree considered.
