Job summary

ALECTO RECRUITMENT LTD is searching for a Refrigeration Engineer for a role based in Bristol. The position offers a salary of £45,000 to £48,000 per annum with the potential for earnings up to £60,000 including overtime. Candidates should possess NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and have strong diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across supermarket sites.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on refrigeration systems.
• Complete PPMs and reactive works during scheduled store visits.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 basic
• OTE: £55,000 - £60,000
• On Call Standby: £195 per week (1 in 4 weeks)
• Working Week: 40 hours, overtime payable for time over contracted hours

The Role

• Carry out planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across supermarket sites

• Undertake minor installations and system alterations where required

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079-1)
• Full UK Driving LicenceExperience in commercial refrigeration maintenance
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
