Job summary

Benchmark Group, Inc. is seeking dynamic Refrigeration Designers to join our Project Team of Choice. The role focuses on producing full sets of construction documents for commercial buildings using refrigeration design concepts and code knowledge.

You will train and work with licensed professionals in a collaborative team, with a basic REVIT understanding preferred. Occasional travel may be required. Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.

Qualifications

• The Refrigeration Designer will utilize mechanical and refrigeration design concepts and code knowledge to produce full sets of construction documents for commercial building projects.
• Refrigeration Designers will train and work with licensed professionals in a collaborative team to perform a variety of design tasks.
• A basic understanding of REVIT to design and develop construction documents for our multiple types of projects is preferred for entry level positions.
• This position may require minimal travel.

Requirements

Minimum

Must Have One Of The Following

• 2 years of work experience in the Refrigeration or Mechanical field or design industry.
• 2 years of education from a college or technical school in the Refrigeration or Mechanical field or related.
• 2 years equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Refrigeration, Mechanical, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• 1 year applicable work experience and demonstrated skill with Revit and/or AutoCAD.
