Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Refrigeration Construction Foreman to oversee field operations and direct tradesmen on supermarket refrigeration installations for new stores and remodels.

Qualifications

• Valid State Driver’s License.
• 5 years’ relevant experience leading commercial refrigeration installations on jobsites.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to meet project demands.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and provide direction to tradesmen for supermarket refrigeration installations on new stores and remodels.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, colleagues, and leadership to ensure collaboration and efficiency.
• Develop and adjust work schedules to meet deadlines and weather-related challenges.
• Provide project status updates to stakeholders and uphold quality and safety standards.
• Interpret blueprints, conduct material takeoffs, and procure supplies as needed.
• Train and mentor junior crew members across multiple trades.
