Job summary

ESPEC North America, Inc. is seeking a Refrigeration Assembler for our Refrigeration Department. The role involves assembling environmental test chamber refrigeration components in a clean environment with a 4-day work week and Friday overtime, and no mandatory weekend work.

The position requires basic math, tape measure reading, hand tool use, and 1 year of industrial manufacturing experience. Training will be provided as needed, with on-site work in Michigan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide) needed.
• Familiarity with tape measure and hand tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble refrigeration components for environmental test chambers.
• Read and interpret technical instructions and diagrams.
• Operate hand tools and basic machinery in a clean environment.
• Maintain organized work area and monitor safety and quality standards.
• Attend to scheduled shifts and meet productivity goals.
