Job summary

ESPEC North America, Inc. is seeking a Refrigeration Assembler for our Refrigeration Department in Michigan. The position offers a clean environment, opportunities for advancement, and a 4-day work week with Friday OT and no mandatory weekend work.

You will assist in assembling environmental test chambers, require basic math and tape measure skills, and work with copper piping and refrigeration components in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with hand tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Brazing duties as trained on-site.
• Receive and stock supplies; check in job kits.
• Clean refrigeration assemblies and prep copper.
• Cut, bend, and prep copper; read a tape measure.
• Operate pipe cutting machinery and use hand tools.
• Insulate pipes; maintain work area and tools.
• Maintain regular attendance; follow Guiding Principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
