Job description

Advanced Mechanical Plus (AMP) is seeking Field Service Technicians responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial hot side, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment at our customer locations.

An effective Service Technician should be able to:

1. Properly troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment, ice machines, and HVAC systems, including installation and repair of systems by mounting, installing, fabricating, or connecting compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, expansion and discharge valves, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing, and related components.
2. Work on commercial kitchen and cooking equipment such as mixers, griddles, char-grills, ovens (deck and pizza), warming cabinets, holding cabinets, food wells, fryers, steamers, and pasta cookers.
3. Maintain a neat and organized truck, appearance, and uphold a customer-first mentality.
4. Communicate effectively with customers and managers.
5. Hold an EPA Certificate.
6. Bring 1-2 years of field experience or be a current/graduate of a technical program.
7. Be available on an on-call rotation schedule.
