Job summary

REMCO Southeast is seeking Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, HVAC and refrigeration equipment at customer locations across the Jackson area.

The ideal candidate will hold an EPA certificate, have 1–2 years of field experience or be a graduate of a technical program, and be willing to participate in an on-call rotation. You will service restaurant equipment and maintain a professional vehicle and image on the road.

Qualifications

• EPA certificate required.
• 1–2 years field experience or graduation from a technical program.
• Ability to be on an on-call rotation schedule.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration, ice machines, and HVAC equipment at customer locations.
• Service commercial kitchen equipment such as mixers, griddles, ovens, warmers, fryers, steamers, and pasta cookers.
• Maintain a neat and orderly truck, appearance, and customer-first mentality.
• Communicate effectively with customers and managers.

Restaurant Equipment Maintenance Company (REMCO) is seeking Field Service Technicians responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial Cooking, HVAC and Refrigeration equipment at our customer locations.

An effective Service Technician at REMCO has the ability to:

• 
  Properly troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Refrigeration Equipment, Ice Machines and HVAC systems to include installation and repairing systems by mounting, installing, fabricating, or connecting compressors, condensers, evaporators, motors, expansion and discharge values, motors and fans, control panels, switches, fuses, filters, gauges, ducts, piping, tubing, and related components.
• 
  Work on commercial kitchen and cooking equipment such as: mixers, grilles/griddles, char-grills, ovens (deck and pizza), warming cabinets, holding cabinets, food wells, fryers, steamers, and pasta cookers
• 
  Maintain a neat and orderly truck, appearance, and customer first mentality.
• 
  Communicate effectively with customers and managers
• 
  Holds an EPA Certificate
• 
  Brings 1-2 years of Field experience or current/graduate of technical program
• 
  Ability to be on an on-call rotation schedule
