Job summary

Mastronardi Produce Ltd. is hiring a Forklift Driver (Receiving) for our Jonestown, PA distribution center. The role requires operating stand-up forklifts, ensuring accurate inventory movement, and supporting shipping and receiving operations in a refrigerated, 24/7 facility.

The position includes alternating 3 and 4 night weekly shifts, with a day shift from 6 AM to 5:30 PM. A high school diploma, forklift license, and valid ID are required, along with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

Forklift experience operating High-Reach and/or Dock Stocker lifts.
Forklift License required and related work experience.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Move product within warehouse and trailers using a stand-up forklift.
Handle and maintain the flow of inventory in the warehouse.
Perform basic tag and paperwork functions with high accuracy to ensure integrity of pallet movement and food safety traceability.
Ensure all equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean, safe and orderly fashion.
Report any product quality issues to the supervisor.
Select/load/inspect/sort product per supervisor instructions.
Assist in general warehouse clean-up throughout the day.
Report safety risks to the supervisor.
