Job summary

Delaware Valley Floral Group in Sewell, NJ is seeking a Receiving Associate to accurately intake fresh flower shipments in a temperature-controlled warehouse.

You will count, label, and enter products into inventory systems, organize storage, and support picking and scanning while maintaining safety and quality standards in a 35–36°F environment. Lifting up to 50 pounds is required. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM start, with overtime during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to work in a cold storage environment for the duration of the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stay active throughout the workday.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming fresh flower shipments.
• Accurately count, label, and enter products into inventory systems.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with team members and supervisors.
• Support picking and sorting activities to ensure correct product selection and scanning.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving and cooler environment.
