Job summary

The Jonestown Distribution Center, operated by Mastronardi Produce, is hiring full-time Warehouse Associates/Graders. This position involves inspecting produce, maintaining standards, and ensuring smooth packaging operations.

Shift patterns include alternating 3 or 4-day work weeks with morning hours. Benefits include 401K, paid time off, and growth opportunities. You will work in a refrigerated environment and should be flexible with hours and able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments.
• Related work experience in food production is an asset.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Must lift up to 30 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Physically inspect produce grown in our greenhouse farms.
• Maintain product quality standards.
• Assist in packaging/washing setup.
• Stack and rebuild product pallets/boxes.
• Report food safety or GMP issues.
