Job summary

Swift Transportation's Las Vegas terminal is hiring Refrigerated OTR drivers out of Moapa, Nevada. This position offers coast-to-coast runs with a wide variety of load options and high earning potential.

Guaranteed Pay Plus+ starts July 13, 2026: a minimum of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days of solo driving, with weekly paychecks and a monthly performance bonus. Top 25% of OTR drivers at Las Vegas earn an average of $1,200 weekly.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass DOT physical and drug test.
• OTR experience with refrigerated freight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate refrigerated OTR routes coast-to-coast from Las Vegas/Moapa, NV.
• Maintain safe driving record and comply with DOT regulations.
• Earn weekly pay and performance bonuses as described.
