Job summary

Walden Local Meat Co. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Fulfillment team in Shawsheen St, Tewksbury, MA. You will pack monthly meat deliveries in a refrigerated packing room with PPE, following electronic pick sheets and ensuring high-quality, neatly packed shipments.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, on a four-person team. This entry-level position offers training in warehouse operations and potential advancement as the company grows in the Northeast.

Qualifications

• Team-based packing line experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfort with PPE and refrigerated environments.

Responsibilities

• Work on a team-based packing line in a refrigerated packing room (40-45F) wearing PPE.
• Follow an electronic pick sheet to select pre-packaged meat cuts for packing.
• Neatly pack items into reusable coolers and perform quality checks.
• Assist with general warehouse maintenance to maintain a safe, clean workplace.
• Cross-train within teams and other departments to develop skills.
