Job summary

Reser’s is seeking a production/assembly oriented candidate to join our team in Oregon. The role focuses on packaging finished food products, checking dates and weights, sealing packages, and ensuring compliance with specifications on the assembly line.

Environment is a refrigerated food plant with cold, wet conditions; must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods, with a strong emphasis on safety and attendance.

Qualifications

• Production or assembly experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Checks for correct packaging boxes and containers.
• Ensures product date and weight are within established guidelines.
• Seals filled product packages and boxes.
• Examines containers, materials, and products to ensure packaging meet company specifications.
• Removes defective products or packages from the production line.
• Assembles product containers on an assembly line.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.
