Job summary

Chemours is looking for a Refrigerants Trainer to create and deliver training related to refrigerants at their Newark Discovery Hub. The role requires over 5 years of ACR industry experience and will involve both in-person and virtual training sessions.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to travel up to 50%. Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of ACR industry-related experience.
• Experience with ACR equipment design, installation, servicing, and/or troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver refrigerant-related training, both in-person and virtual.
• Demonstrate expertise in refrigeration system architectures and refrigerant types.
• Provide technical support for OEM and aftermarket customers.
• Support quality investigations and conduct equipment testing.
• Develop refrigerant-related literature and publications.

Strong verbal and interpersonal skills

Ability to travel regularly – up to 50%

Education

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical engineering, or related scientific discipline
