Job Description

The Refreshments Operator II is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring that our customers’ products are stocked appropriately. Ensure that customers' equipment is always operating properly, cleaned, and notify them of any new offers that may be of interest to them. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Unload and stock daily inventory at customer site, ensuring freshness of products by monitoring date codes
2. Manage the ordering, delivery, and stocking of items at client location
3. Communicate with customer's employees about new product interest
4. Use a laptop computer to manage stocking PAR levels, product orders, and client invoicing
5. Perform repairs to the best of ability
6. Call in orders and service calls to head office
7. Distribute promotional materials and merchandises complete product line
8. Clean equipment and exchange decanters on each visit
9. Communicate with Route Sales Manager or General Manager regarding customers and report on pending problems or evidence of competitors in customer locations
10. Establish and maintain a good working relationship and liaison with customers to project a positive image of the company and product

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a role requiring interpersonal and customer service skills
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Critical skills include client interaction, communication, organization/time management
• Ability to respond quickly to changing demands
• Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Willingness to travel to other locations on short notice

This role may have physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
