Job Description

The Refreshments Operator II – SBE is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring that our customers' products are stocked appropriately. They ensure that customers' equipment is always operating properly, cleaned, and notify customers of any new offers that may interest them. Responsibilities may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

1. Unload and stock daily inventory at the customer site, ensuring product freshness by monitoring date codes.
2. Manage the ordering, delivery, and stocking of items at the client location.
3. Communicate with customer's employees about new product interests.
4. Use a laptop to manage stocking PAR levels, product orders, and client invoicing.
5. Perform repairs to the best of ability.
6. Call in orders and service requests to the head office.
7. Distribute promotional materials and merchandise the complete product line.
8. Clean equipment and exchange decanters on each visit.
9. Communicate with Route Sales Manager or General Manager regarding customer issues and competitor activity.
10. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to project a professional image.

Qualifications
