Job description

The Refreshments Operator II – SBE is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring that our customers’ products are stocked appropriately. Ensure that customers' equipment is always operating properly, cleaned, and notify them of any new offers that may be of interest to them. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Unload and stock daily inventory at customer site, ensuring freshness of products by monitoring date codes.
  2. Manage the ordering, delivery, and stocking of items at client location.
  3. Communicate with customer's employees about new product interest.
  4. Use a laptop computer to manage stocking PAR levels, product orders and client invoicing.
  5. Perform repairs to the best of ability.
  6. Call in orders and service calls to head office.
  7. Distribute promotional materials and merchandise complete product line.
  8. Clean equipment and exchange decanters on each visit.
  9. Communicate with Route Sales Manager or General Manager regarding customers and report on pending problems or evidence of competitors in customer locations.
  10. Establish and maintain a good working relationship and liaison with customers to project a positive image of the company and product.

Qualifications
  1. 1-2 years of experience in a position requiring interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
  2. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
  3. Client interaction, communication, organization/time management are critical to the success of this role.
  4. Ability to respond quickly to changing demands.
  5. Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Physical ability to repeatedly lift packages, up to 50lb (drinks and snacks).
  8. Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  9. Must possess the ability to work efficiently and independently.
  10. Must be willing to travel to other locations to assist with short notice.
  11. Role requires frequent bending, keying/fingering, hearing, speaking, and lifting.
  12. Role requires constant reaching, seeing, standing, and walking.
