Job summary

RECON Engineering & Construction seeks an experienced supervisor to manage and maintain all aspects of a project from the Project Manager to the field crew. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the Project Manager and field personnel, ensuring equipment and materials are available and in good working order.

You will provide technical and safety leadership and problem-solving on site; for small projects, you may take on PM duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in construction trades.
• High school diploma; college education recommended.
• Ability to read and communicate from line and fabrication drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office and common business software.
