Job summary

Wagstaff in Spokane Valley, WA, seeks a team-oriented worker to mix and cast refractory products, set up and break down molds, operate large mixers, and manage related post-processing tasks. You will read blueprints and maintain accurate inspection paperwork while working both independently and with teammates.

Qualifications

• Ability to wear PPE and work with hand/power tools.
• Ability to enter data into a PC.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, break down and clean molds used in pouring processes.
• Operate large mixers and kilns.
• Pour and cast refractory parts and post-process them (grinding, cutting, coatings).
• Read blueprints or job specifications to perform tasks and maintain proper paperwork.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area; meet deadlines.
