A leading wellness studio in California is looking for enthusiastic Pilates Instructors committed to wellness and community. You will lead engaging Reformer classes and private sessions while inspiring others in their fitness journeys. Ideal candidates are available for at least 4 classes per week, with flexibility in scheduling. We offer a range of services including both heated mat and reformer pilates classes, contrast therapy, and diverse wellness events all aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being

• Requirements:
  • A passion for movement, the MNT brand, and inspiring others
  • Ability to teach Pilates classes that are athletic, creative, and energetic, while rooted in the classical principles of alignment, precision, and fluidity
  • Willingness to receive coaching, constructive feedback, and mentoring
  • Available early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
  • Must be available to teach at least 4 classes per week
  • Punctual, reliable, team player, enthusiastic, and personable
• Bonus Points:
  • You’re already rocking it as a group fitness instructor!
  • You’ve got a Reformer certification under your belt
• What you’ll do:
