Job summary

MNTSTUDIO Santa Clara is seeking a Certified Lead Instructor to oversee and mentor a high-performing team. Lead ~15 Reformer classes and private sessions weekly, ensuring safe, empowering experiences for clients of all levels.

You will recruit, train, and develop talent, partner with senior education leaders, and support studio operations while representing the MNTSTUDIO Signature Method and Certifications. This is an on-site leadership role in Santa Clara.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor with strong Reformer expertise.
• Minimum 3 years of group teaching experience.
• Proven leadership ability and a passion for mentorship.

MNTSTUDIO's firstSouth Bay Location in Santa Clarais looking for aCertified Lead Instructorto join our growing team. What You’ll Do:

Inspire and Guide a High-Performing Team

• Oversee instructor scheduling and day-to-day team coordination across studios

• Ensure the substitution process is running smoothly with accountability

• Conduct class audits and performance reviews to support instructor growth and elevate quality

• Mentor and coach instructors, cultivating a supportive and collaborative studio culture

Lead and Teach with Intention

• Teach ~15 inspiring Reformer classes and private sessions each week, creating safe, empowering, and dynamic experiences for clients of all levels

• Set the tone for excellence through your energy, presence, and professionalism

• Step in as the primary substitute instructor when needed

• Be the embodiment and ambassador forMNT

Recruit, Train, and Develop Talent

• With our support, complete theMNTSTUDIO Reformer Certification Programand help train others in the MNTSTUDIO Signature Method

• Partner with ourVP of Training & Head of Educationto identify and onboard new instructors

• Lead ourSouth BayInstructor Mentorship Program, helping trainees grow into confident, skilled teachers

• Support the growth and execution of MNT’sReformer Certification Program and Heated Mat Certification Programand other education initiatives

• Take initiative in outreach and recruitment for upcoming Teacher Trainings

Support Studio Operations

• Ensure all Pilates equipment is maintained and in excellent condition

• Step in as acting Studio Manager when needed to keep operations running seamlessly

• Support studio sales and marketing efforts including at times attending events on behalf of MNT

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Pilates Instructor with strong Reformer expertise
• Minimum3 yearsof group teaching experience
• Proven leadership ability and a passion for mentorship
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing teams or teacher training programs a plus
• A growth mindset and commitment to education, wellness, and community

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary: $85,000
