Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Follow all site Safety Policies and Administrative Guidelines.
• Work in an automotive paint color laboratory.
• Develop paint color formulas primarily matching car color standards and automotive parts.
• Use advanced computerized color matching system, as well as visual color skills.
• Proficient in AxCS following Best Practices.
• Weigh and mix paint, spray color panels, and then adjust formulas by spectrophotometer and software. Repeat the process.
• Enter color information into computer color database.
• Maintain color lab facility.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school or similar professional level background.
• 1-3 years related working experience, familiar with coating, coating lab experience is a plus.
• Color formulation related experience is a plus.
• Strong equipment operation ability and simple maintenance ability.
• Team player, open minded, with strong communication ability.
• Willing to learn and have good adaptability.
