The position is a high-impact leadership role with exposure across strategy, operations, and performance, including governance through cost, capex, and GM steercos.

Qualifications

Experience in planning, analyzing, or managing performance to support business goals.
Strong commercial understanding with investment evaluation experience.
Experience managing senior partners in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Support margin, cost, and capital efficiency improvements through structured interventions.
Lead vulnerabilities and opportunities processes for leadership decisions.
Act as trusted partner with FP&A and refinery budget holders.
Represent Finance at key decision forums and departmental steercos.
Drive integrated value through end-to-end financial insight and performance.
