With a minimum of 7 years in manufacturing and a degree in engineering, this role offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $260,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with RCM process, FMEA's, and defect analysis.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage reliability engineers and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance to safety and quality standards.
• Develop job plans for maintenance execution.
