Job summary

Valero Three Rivers Refinery is hiring refinery operator trainees to operate and troubleshoot process equipment while maintaining safe operations at the Three Rivers, TX facility.

Starting pay is $36.28/hr with progression up to $56.44/hr. Ideal candidates can work rotating 12-hour shifts on-site, meet the listed education, age, and work-authorization requirements, and are willing to complete online assessments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Willing to work on-site at the Valero Three Rivers Refinery.
• Eligible applicants must complete online assessments.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot process equipment while maintaining safe operations.
• Perform visual rounds, monitor temperatures, pressures and flows, collect product samples, and prepare equipment for maintenance.
