Job summary

Zachry Group is seeking a diligent janitorial staff member to clean and organize offices and industrial spaces within a large refinery environment. You will stock cabinets and common areas, plus pick up and deliver meals and items across the facility.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of janitorial experience, strong attention to detail, and reliable transportation. The role offers a safety-focused culture and opportunities for career growth, with varying shifts and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication with supervisors and coworkers.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility for varying schedules.
• Commitment to workplace safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Dust, sweep, and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Empty trash and maintain clean work areas.
• Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and waste materials.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms.
• Clean microwaves, tables, chairs, countertops, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Clean interior glass, windows, and other surfaces as needed.
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Operate and maintain basic janitorial equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
