CHS, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Director for our McPherson, Kansas refinery to lead safety, process safety and environmental stewardship. You will drive programs and procedures, advise the leadership team, and ensure regulatory compliance across the operation.

The role requires strong communication, project oversight and the ability to manage resources in a fast-paced refining environment. Competitive benefits and a focus on safety are part of the package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of environmental experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Oil and Gas industry and refinery process knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Initiate development of environmental programs and procedures.
• Lead the Environmental Services Department in programs and compliance.
• Provide guidance on environmental compliance to managers and staff.
• Oversee the department budget and resource allocation.
• Represent CHS with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
• Wear PPE and ensure safety and environmental performance.
