Frontier Cooperative is seeking experienced driver professionals to join our Nebraska operations. You will manage fuel loading, transport, and customer delivery while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include vehicle inspections, route planning, and accurate reporting of DOT documents.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• Strong customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles, boom trucks, trenchers, hose couplers, pneumatic and hand tools, and company software.
• Able to read and interpret work orders, batch loads, gauges, maps, weigh tickets, delivery tickets, and equipment manuals.
• Able to write and record DOT inspection reports, mileage and fuel reports, and work orders.
• Basic math skills including proportions, percentages, and volume calculations.

What you'll do

Fuel loading & transport

• Operate refined fuel tractor/trailer or straight trucks with CDL Class A or B and HazMat/Tanker endorsements
• Prepare truck to receive refined fuels at bulk company locations or vendor terminals
• Connect hoses, operate transfer systems, and monitor overflow meters when loading product
• Fill truck to required amounts by monitoring fuel meters; secure hoses and prepare truck for transport upon completion

Customer delivery

• Plan the most efficient daily delivery routes through the trade territory
• Connect hoses to customer fuel tanks and set fill meters to required gallon amounts
• Monitor overflow gauges during transfer; secure hoses to truck upon completion
  

Vehicle inspections & maintenance

• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections checking lights, turn signals, tires, lug-nuts, air pressure, horn, wipers, oil, antifreeze, belts, brakes, and fifth wheel coupler
• Perform or assist with routine maintenance including oil and filter changes, lights, belts, wiper blades, grease fittings, and non-air brake parts
• Keep vehicles clean inside and out to promote a positive company image

Safety & compliance

• Follow all company safety standards and comply with OSHA, DOT, state, and federal regulations
• Renew CDL license and endorsements on time; attend workshops and review technical publications to stay current

What we are looking for
