Job summary

The UT Golf Club is seeking a friendly, high-energy full-time Bartender with open availability to deliver Best in Class service to our members and guests. Experience in fine dining or upscale settings and knowledge of wine are highly valued.

As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will take orders, manage the bar, coordinate with front and back of house, maintain a polished ambience, and contribute to a memorable member experience in a private club environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of Bar experience in a fine dining or high-end hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of wine and classic service etiquette preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to service excellence and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Provide polished, professional service in accordance with fine dining standards.
• Build rapport with members and guests to create a welcoming and personalized experience.
• Execute all aspects of table service including menu knowledge, wine service, and proper table settings.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining room.
• Uphold club policies and service standards with consistency and integrity.
