• Meticulous attention to detail in managing referrals and databases.
• Two years related customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide physician referrals or community service referrals.
• Document all telephone encounters accurately with pertinent data.
• Verify insurance coverage and authorization requirements per patient plan.
• Communicate promptly with patients, insurance companies, and physician staff.
• Enter service referral information into the database and update regularly.
