Responsibilities

• Performs scheduling functions as designated by practice.
• Coordinates incoming and outgoing referrals for office visits and diagnostic testing.
• Obtains insurance authorization prior to visit.
• Requires general knowledge of procedures, insurance authorizations, and related functions.
