You will handle in-office and phone requests for PCP to specialist referrals, ensuring compliance with office protocol and insurance guidelines, and supporting smooth patient flow.
Ideal candidates have a GED and/or an associate degree, plus two years of related experience in a medical office setting; an associate degree can substitute for experience.
